Baggot Street
Brief
To renovate and redecorate a penthouse apartment for a residential client that would incorporate their love of the Georgian period into the existing contemporary space.
Solution
The layout of the apartment was redesigned to include two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms and rewired for intelligent lighting and entertainment systems (Bang & Olufsen). The installation of new bathrooms married salvaged, cast iron, roll top baths with bespoke marble showers.
The redecoration included painting, carpeting, wooden flooring, the installation of new contemporary internal doors and the design of bespoke rubs for the living areas.
