Brief
The modernisation of an old mews property, addressing damp issues, and converting it for use as a commercial office. The full re-decoration of a large Georgian town house for office use.
Mews Solution
The building was damp proofed and rewired for office and safety lighting and network cabling. The original floors were salvaged and the walls replastered. Alarm cabling was fitted. Outside, the driveway was cobblelocked and an electric security gates with an intercom system, designed and fitted. The decoration included painting, the design and fit of a minimalist staircase in steel, glass and wood and the design and fit of large bespoke rugs.
Town House Solution
The entire building was damp proofed and the sash windows and shutters were conditioned. The basement entrance was redesigned with the installation of a replica Georgian door. The decoration included painting and carpeting. We now provide a full maintenance service for these buildings and their tenants.
