Brief
To design and implement the full decoration of four apartments in two
Listed Georgian townhouses as well as three new build townhouses including the staging of a showhouse and show apartment. To prepare the remaining units for the rental market.
Solution
The conception of a contemporary design theme for the townhouses and a more classic design theme for the Georgian apartments, preserving the integrity of the space. This included the sourcing and installation of furniture, lighting, curtains, blinds, bathroom fittings and kitchenware. The staging of the show apartment and town house was carefully considered with luxurious dressings such as rugs, bed linens, cushions, throws, neutral colour schemes, clever use of mirrors and strategically placed artwork.
